The staff of The Pet Health Clinic recognizes how important pets are, and how much joy they bring to our lives.  We also realize how hard it is to lose one of these special companions from the family.  If you have lost a pet, we want you to know about our "Paws To Remember" Memorial Wall.

The rose colored wall is constructed on the clinic property and has been created for people who want a special way to remember their beloved companions.  The wall displays bronze plaques which are professionally cast, engraved and customized for your pet.  This is not a burial ground nor a place to scatter ashes, but simply a place to memorialize your pet in this special personalized way.

The bronze plaques are 6" long by 4" high, have square corners and a satin finish border.  Plaques may include three lines of text.  Up to 25 characters, letters, numbers, dashes, and spaces will fit on each line. Plaques can accommodate up to 5 lines of text. Lines four and five are an additional cost. The letter style is a standard font in all capital letters. Letter height and width will vary depending on the number of words and lines desired.

Pet emblems (approximately 3" x 3") of various styles can be incorporated for an additional cost (not all breeds are available). Emblems are placed to one side of the plaque and allow five lines of lettering on the other side with a maximum of 12 characters a line.

Come to the Pet Health Clinic to order a custom made plaque for your special companion. When you place your order you can see sample layouts and the emblems which are available.

The full price of the plaque is due when ordered. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Plaques take 30 - 45 days to be cast and delivered. Mounting of the plaque on the wall is included in the price. We will notify you when your plaque has been mounted.
